I think it’s important for people to understand that they can get help from depression. It can make people feel hopeless and powerless, but the truth is it can be fixed. They just need to know that it can be! Thanks for sharing.
Hi Braden, we totally agree. There unfortunately still exists a stigma around asking for help related to a mental illness. Our minds are just as important as our bodies, so no one should hesitate to ask for what they need!
